Nursing Program Director
Myrna Dial, RN, PhD has an international background in nursing having served in several countries as clinical nurse, nursing education program director and nursing service director spanning over 35 years. Her professional experiences included serving as a member of the US Hospital Accreditation team for hospitals in Asia, grant reviewer for Health Resource and Services Administration (HRSA) in Washington D.C., a Federal agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that provides grants/funding to organizations to improve and expand healthcare services for the underserved population. Additionally, she also conducts NCLEX nursing reviews nationally and internationally and presents research studies at international conferences. Having served most of her professional years in nursing education, she is committed to assist Clement Career College in developing its healthcare career programs that will prepare its graduates to enter the healthcare professions.

Wanda Miranda (Dr. Miranda or Dr. M) have been an allied Health Educator with over 27 years of experience instructing and managing educational programs in Trade/vocational schools. Her educational background is M.D degree from American University of the Caribbean and B.S from University of Puerto Rico. Her education experience gave her the opportunity to travel to numerous countries and provided her with an important tool to succeed as an educator; cultural diversity. This important tool has allowed her to succeed as healthcare personnel, educator, manager and to motivate, mentor students to share their culture, and learning methodology without fear.

Helen Abafi, LVN
Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor
Helen Abafi has been an LVN and CNA instructor for over 12 years. She have a BS in public health from Michigan State University. She has also over 30 years of experience as a midwife and have also worked as a charge nurse over three decades. She is also a licensed vocational nurse. She is dedicated to the success of every student. She teaches and love to see their growth from start to graduation and beyond!
